I'm a data scientist who uses statistical modeling, causal inference, and machine learning to help people answer questions and make decisions.
My most recent coding project involved training a neural network to produce monster names for the tabletop role-playing game, Dungeons & Dragons.
I've applied techniques like multi-level linear modeling and machine learning to co-author 20 peer-reviewed publications. The primary focus of my previous research has been to elucidate the psychological and neurobiological mechanisms by which prosocial and antisocial personality traits influence decision-making. I've also utilized behavioral economics to understand how people balance selfish and altruistic concerns.
